The North Texas Islamic Council (NTIC) convened its quarterly meeting this past weekend at the Islamic Center of Frisco (ICF), drawing leaders from more than 60 Islamic schools, mosques, and Muslim organizations across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex.
